you follow me nightly,

high among the stars that guide you,

always keeping pace.

no matter where i wander.

you find me.

some nights,

you slip into fragments,

a shy suitor

trying to hide your wanting.

other nights,

you arrive whole,

round and radiant,

spilling your light across my world,

waxing poetic,

like i am the reason

you exist.

Writing through the ache, the joy, they lessons I seem to repeat—trying to find meaning and light in the dark. Always from the heart & honest even when I look bad.
