In any relationship, if it constantly triggers your vulnerability, anxiety, and unease—and you find yourself unable to change the dynamic—leaving may be the best choice. In life, learn to treat yourself kindly by knowing when to walk away. Leaving certain people isn't necessarily because they are "bad," but because being with them makes you feel bad.

In the journey of life, we meet many people; some come to support us, others to drain us. However, no one possesses perfect judgment or can see things clearly from the start.

Who among us remains unaffected by the mundane pressures of reality? This is why we often feel exhausted, swayed by the opinions and demands of others, compromising against our will and yielding to situations that diminish us.

Life is fleeting—like a white horse galloping past. A day passes in the blink of an eye; half a lifetime vanishes just as quickly. Looking back, did those endless compromises and tolerances actually bring happiness?

When we lower our standards time and time again, we only invite worse results. Life never offers perfect solutions; a hundred years is simply a period spent learning how to choose.

In a relationship, if we do not become better or happier, but instead become more vulnerable and anxious—when you feel uneasy and powerless to change the tide—leaving is often the healthiest path. Leaving is about ending a vicious cycle and finally freeing yourself. In life, falling down isn't the tragedy; the tragedy is not knowing how to get up, or being wounded and feeling unable to move on.

In this life, everyone has their own river to cross. Time is limited, and the rest of our lives are precious. Why bother with those who don't cherish us? Why try to please those who do not care for us?

As the saying goes, mental maturity isn't about becoming more tolerant and accepting of everything. On the contrary, it is a gradual process of elimination—knowing what is most important to you, identifying what is not, and choosing to become a simpler person. Truly understanding life isn't about existing without distractions; it is about knowing what to prioritize and what to let go of.

The world is noisy and chaotic, but the most important task for any individual is learning how to belong to oneself. Life is full of hardships, and everyone must learn to be their own ferryman. In this life, what you try to control will eventually control you; what you obsess over may become your downfall. Unlimited tolerance eventually becomes a burden. Once you understand this, you will no longer trap yourself. You will learn to be free, because a relationship only holds meaning when both sides are truly invested.

Therefore, learn to know when to stop and when to leave. Do not waste your energy and emotions on unworthy people or unsuitable situations.

Strive for what you can achieve, and let go of what must be forced. A simple life brings joy, and a simple heart is more likely to find happiness. Life is like a game of chess; non-attachment is the mark of a master. Often, letting go isn't admitting defeat—it is simply finding the right path toward becoming the best version of yourself.
