The Place Where You Begin Again

Fresh starts if you want one?

The Place Where You Begin Again

There is a place beyond the breaking,

Where nothing looks the same as before,

Where every piece that once was certain,

Lies scattered across the floor.

You stand there with empty hands,

No map, no voice to guide your way,

Only the echo of what has fallen,

And the weight of what will stay.

It is here that truth arrives,

Not dressed in comfort, not in eas

raw and clear and unrelenting,

Like a cold and steady breeze.

You cannot build from what is broken,

If you refuse to let it fall,

There are things you must release now,

Even if they gave you all.

The past will try to pull you backward,

Remind you who you used to

you are not that same reflection,

You are more than memory.

There is courage in beginning,

Not with strength, but with intent,

To rise from what has left you empty,

And become what you were meant.

Step forward without the answers,

Let the unknown shape your sight,

For every ending holds a doorway,

Leading quietly into light.

You will doubt the path before you,

You will question every move,

growth is not a perfect journey,

It is something you must prove.

And slowly, through the uncertain,

Through the fear you cannot hide,

You will find a new beginning,

Waiting just beyond your stride.

Not as who you were before it,

Not as who you tried to be,

something deeper, something stronger,

Something finally set free.
