This is a historic New England inn that opened its doors in 1771, serving travelers meals and accommodations. Guests have experienced paranormal activity such as the sounds of children laughing in empty hallways and the apparition of a woman in period costume wandering about the dining rooms. By the hearth in the tavern, Revolutionary War soldiers have been seen. Overnight guests have reported flickering lights and cold spots. American singer and songwriter Neil Leslie Diamond has sold over 130 million records all over the globe and became one of the best selling musicians of all time. In 1984 he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and in 2011 the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2018 Diamond received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Impressive Artwork Jean Honore Frangonard
Artist Jean Honore Frangonard was among the most prolific Rococo artists of the 18th century. He is best known for his ornamental artworks commissioned by King Louis XV. The artist won the Grand Prix of Rome in 1752 with a history painting. Frangonard learned the Rococo art style from Francois Boucher, one of the greatest artists of his time.

Look Up and Be Impressed
Christ of the Ozarks is an impressive sculpture of Jesus near Eureka Springs, Arkansas, on the peak of Magnetic Mountain. The statue was designed by sculptor Emmet Sullivan in 1966. The statue faces west, and sunsets often turn the spread-armed Savior a rosy pink.
