Short n' Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter - Bop or Flop?
ALBUM OF THE YEAR. LYRICAL. ADDICTIVE. Short n' Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter is definitely high on the list for songs I cannot turn off. Each and every song off this album is just *chef's kiss*. So good. So, so good. You'd want to crank up the stereo volume and dance down the street to most songs on this album... shed a little tear for a couple others. No matter what, you will not be turning this album off once you press play (As long as you're 18+... because the songs and it's lyrics are definitely not kid friendly at all. This album was in true Former Disney Star fashion, I must say).

Music From "The Body" by Ron Geesin and Roger Waters
Introduction These days Roger Waters, ex-bass player with Pink Floyd is a curmudgeonly annoying person, although responsible for some excellent music. He also once had a mischievous sense of humour as demonstrated by "Several Species Of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together In A Cave And Grooving With A Pict" from his solo section on "Ummagumma".

The Veer Union Deliver An Anthem Of Hope With New Single "Empirical"
Vancouver, BC, Canada based veteran rockers The Veer Union have been grinding away for almost 2 decades, and yet still remain relevant in today’s chaotic and unpredictable music scene. The band’s particular alchemy of mixing primal energy and power with sensitive lyrics that touch on many emotional topics is what has propelled them over the years and helped build up a loyal and devoted following amongst heavy music fans. Their newest release “Empirical,” is a prime example of what has sustained them over time. They continue to evolve, but the core of their sound remains steadfast.

The Ways of the Wind
Inspired by the challenge of Mackenzie Davis, I compiled four songs that uniquely remind me of the wind. I have always conceptualized music as a way to explore different cultures and experiences. Thus, each entry represents one of the cardinal directions, guiding us through colorful universes that reflect the tempestuous nature of our human condition. Let's see where the current takes us!

Why My Playlist is a Hot Mess (And I Love It)
Let’s get one thing straight: my music taste is all over the place. I’m talking about a playlist that could give you whiplash with the way it jumps from 90s boy bands to indie folk, then straight into some hardcore rap, only to mellow out with a little classical piano. If my playlist were a person, it would be that friend who changes their outfit five times before going out, never quite deciding on a vibe. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My Discogs Shop Is Shrinking
Introduction I have a lot of CDs and a growing collection of vinyl and quite a bit of digital-only music because physical copies are so damned expensive. I have a pile of CDs that I have not played and so am fine to sell them on Discogs. Sometimes I get far more than I paid for them, but most of the time it is around the same as what I paid.
