Secrets
This feelingš
Hello š This is my feeling! I just wanna tell you inspite everything Iāve been through, itās you I still think about all the time. You left but I feel you are with me, I think the good parts in your stead. You donāt call me but I assume you do when you call for almost trivial or irrelevant talks. This feeling is stupid and annoying, you didnāt say anything but I can feel you donāt give a damn anymore! But why? Why? Why? Just why do I still feel this way? Why do I feel like someday my phone would ring and it would be you calling to check up on me and not just the trivial talks. I sometimes feel I should just as well forget everything and move on but something inside of me still yearns for you and possibly youād be bold enough one day to tell me exactly how you feel as well......... But we never had an agreement, is it one sided?š

That One Time I Embarrassed Myself At My Own Poetry Reading
It was the mid-1990s. I had re-joined the Phoenix poetry community a couple of years before, having been away living, working, writing, and reading poetry in L.A. and Houston. I was thrilled to be invited to feature at a poetry reading at the Willow House. I had shared the podium with my poetry group at readings in Houston but had never featured solo before.

A little life
"A Little Life" is a novel by Hanya Yanagihara that explores the lives of four friends as they navigate their way through adulthood in New York City. The book is a heart-wrenching tale of trauma, friendship, love, and loss. It is a story that explores the depth of human connections and the impact of childhood trauma on adult lives. The book follows the lives of four friends: Jude, Willem, Malcolm, and JB, who met in college and have remained close ever since. At the center of the story is Jude, a brilliant lawyer with a horrifying past that he keeps hidden from his friends. As the story unfolds, we learn about Jude's traumatic childhood and the emotional and physical abuse he suffered at the hands of his caregivers, Jude is a complex and flawed character, who is faced with numerous challenges throughout the novel. He grows up in a neglectful and abusive home, and is later sent to an abusive orphanage. Here, he experiences physical and sexual abuse, which haunts him for the rest of his life. It makes it difficult for him to trust people, and he struggles with feelings of self-loathing and shame. The book explores how these experiences have shaped Jude's life and the way he interacts with others. One of the most striking aspects of "A Little Life" is the author's ability to create complex, fully realized characters. Each of the four friends is unique, with their own personalities, strengths, and weaknesses. The author delves deeply into each character's backstory, providing insight into their motivations and desires. We see how each character's personal history has shaped their lives and the decisions they make. The book also explores the nature of friendship and the bonds that hold us together. The four friends have a deep connection that is tested repeatedly throughout the novel. They support each other through difficult times, but they also have their own struggles and secrets that they keep hidden from one another. The novel shows how trust and vulnerability are essential components of any healthy relationship, and how difficult it can be to maintain these qualities in the face of trauma and pain. The book is also a meditation on the nature of suffering and the human capacity for resilience. Jude's life is marked by immense pain and loss, but he is also a survivor who manages to find moments of joy and love amidst his struggles. The novel explores the ways in which trauma can shape our lives. One of the central themes of the novel is the importance of empathy, and how it can help people heal from their past trauma. Jude is able to heal and find some measure of peace by telling his story to his friends, who listen with understanding and compassion. This is powerful, because it allows Jude to realize that he is not alone, and that there are people who care about him despite his flaws and past. The novel also explores the ways in which guilt and shame can impact people's lives, and how it is possible to overcome them with time and patience also find meaning and purpose in the face of adversity. Overall, "A Little Life" is a beautifully written and deeply moving novel that explores the complexities of human relationships and the impact of childhood trauma. The book is not an easy read, as it deals with heavy themes such as abuse, self-harm, Brother luke and suicide. However, It is a masterpiece of writing, and will resonate with anyone who has ever struggled with mental health, trauma, or toxic relationships. It is a deeply emotional read, and will leave a lasting impact on anyone who dares to dive into it.

I've Always Been A Good Girl
When I get to the end of my life I expect to go out as a very old woman with a smile on her face and a slight chuckle that no one but a few friends will understand. You see, I have always been the good girl. The one who did what everyone expected. But there were those times that I just couldnāt or really didnāt want to, and those are the reason for the chuckle.
