What is High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT)?
High-intensity resistance training is a form of resistance training that employs heavy loads from exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, etc. High-intensity resistance training (HIRT) is a form of resistance training that uses heavy weights at low repetitions, usually under 8.
