How to Start a Keto Diet Plan
The keto diet plan is a high-intake, high-fiber, sufficient-potassium diet which in medicinal circles is often used primarily to treat childhood epilepsy in very young children. The keto diet forces your body to use up fat instead of glucose for energy. This results in reduced hunger and allows you to stick to a reasonable diet even when you are highly hungry. It can be practiced by anyone, even if you have had a heart or kidney disease or diabetes in the past.

A glass of fresh orange juice every morning, how healthy is that really?
Is a glass of fresh orange juice good for you or bad for you? As is so often the case, the truth is somewhere in the middle. Even though both have the same amount of sugar, orange juice is preferable to cola for the morning. However, if you're trying to lose weight, a glass-like this could be a hindrance.

What are Signs of Your Relationship With Fitness and Weight Loss Is Toxic!
What are Signs of Your Relationship With Fitness and Weight Loss Is Toxic! My friend Dan was telling me about this story. He is an actor in Los Angeles, so he comes back from filming a movie where the plot centered around some characters who died on set due to weight loss problems. In one scene they were eating "heavy" foods for 3 days straight (which included pizza). Then it started getting really bad as his waistline got bigger, resulting into him being hospitalized because his organs just stopped responding when hit with water vapor after each meal. Now I know if you ever had that issue even though you tried everything else out; most likely your body fat percentage has reached zero or maybe two percent by now etc.

99.99% Huel
I started using huel way back in the early days, somewhere between 2012 and 2014 I think. Due to working long hours in a job that provides me free food (very difficult to choose a salad over lobster or a gourmet burger!) I decided this might be for me. So I did around a month of 100% Huel. I felt the benefits as well! In the ensuing years I’ve returned to huel, but never stuck to it. In part, because the winter months weren’t catered for.
