The Acres Around You
There are many things in history a large percentage of us are not aware of. Things that have gone unnoticed or publicly silenced. People who have prospered in the worse conditions. Individuals who have blossomed against all odds. These inspirational stories have the potential to empower us. Yet what good is a story that is never told? What good is the ear that may never hear? If a tree falls down in a forest with no one around, does it make a sound? If a book is never read by the masses, does it make an impact?

Getting Rid of Plan B
Have you ever had a burning desire so intense but felt that there was something holding you back? Have you ever wanted a better life for yourself or your family but for some reason you seemed unable to make progress? You are not alone. Thank You
Dear Amazing Vocal Readers, Oh, how I can't thank you all enough. When I say thank you, it is to you the reader, and to Vocal as a platform. Vocal has helped me truly find my voice and find joy sharing my work with others, but I also couldn't do it without the you, the readers.

Don’t Avoid Having a Vision. Top Story - February 2019.
Over the last few days, I have really been digging through old notebooks and going back to the plan that I created for my work this year (instead of making six more plans lol 🙃). Last year, I did the exact opposite of this. I spent a lot of time second guessing whether or not I had the right thing to say or share. Can you relate? There’s something that you want to accomplish or create in your life/work but it feels like you spend more time planning the vision than acting on it. No shame at all. I’ve been there. You’re not alone. And I also want you to cut yourself some slack. Even in my uncertainty, I still found myself growing. And I know the same is true for you. The reality is there were some days where my analysis got the best of me, but the next day I got myself into a creating groove.

On Top of the World
Have you ever wanted to escape the world? To climb high into the mountains until you reach the clouds? Maybe you want to hop on a boat and sail away into the ocean as the waves take you away, and just let the worries of this world slowly fade away.

A Letter to My Younger Self
Hannah, Stop, just stop what you're doing right now. No one is bothering to look at you and if they happen to look your way, it is only because they see that you are enjoying yourself. That's what life is all about anyways, isn't it? Finding the things, people, and places that make you happy, fill you with joy, and you can hold close to your heart. You need to stop holding back and missing out on things you would have reveled in due to the irrational fear that you have of those around you judging you. Laugh loud and freely because you feel like it, make memories, because at the end of the day that's all we have, and most importantly love yourself relentlessly for who you are. Be kind to yourself. You matter.

Wisdom, Judgement, and Experience
"Wisdom comes from experience. Experience is often a result of lack of wisdom." ~Terry Pratchett You've heard people say "don't judge me" or perhaps you been told at some point "you're so judgemental." Further still, you've probably been guilty of both.

Desire and Acceptance
Today, in a world like ours, we all have desires. We all crave for something. Material or immaterial, it doesn’t matter. We all want something(s) in life. However, as miserable as things are, most of us never get them. And those of us who do, realize that their expectations were much higher than their desires.

How to Live a Positive Life!
It's crazy how, nowadays, we go about our lives with labels plastered onto us. The common ones can range from what our zodiac sign is and how that relates to how we act whereas the others are what we are internally going through whether that be anxiety, depression, and so forth.

Embrace the Suck
This is a phrase I try to tell myself as often as I can. Sometimes, life just sucks. It really does. This situation sucks, or this person sucks. But that's really, really ok. Life isn't supposed to be easy. What’s life without a little drama, or bleakness?

Fear the Future?
The future, that word sometimes strikes the fear of the unknown within each of us. This fear of the unknown is prevalent in everything in society, we are all afraid for many reasons in our life. Some fear like that of danger is inherent to our most primal of natures and can help us protect ourselves. While other fear we allow to interfere with who we are as a people and as an individual.
