Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Planning a Naughty Year
You can be reading this to get some much-needed breathing space. It is binding to live in a way that is not your true self. There are times when I write in my journal and I think about the vast words of power, and yearning for those white pages of experience to be filled in my own life. Just like words written on a page, life has its warped edges, and sometimes, the scribbles share your perfect truth. Well if you are reading this like me, I am longing to find a new feeling other than racing my pen over pages to get that release out.

Do What It Is You Love
Wearing a 2 pc velvet outfit I made. You know when you are younger and you do something you think is so cool? Well and you totally fail and someone criticizes what you did or you just can never live that down. That really shook my confidence, I was always so nervous to show my true colors. I would hold back from everything because as soon as the opportunity came showcase something I was well at, those horrible things would come back in mind. Over the years, I’ve switched from job to job but one thing I’ve always wanted to do was model. I have always been fascinated with models for as long as I could remember. I can think back when I was younger and my mom would receive different Victoria Secrets catalogs, my skin would get goosebumps seeing Tyra Banks or Alessandra Ambrosio, who actually still graces the pages of the Victoria Secrets catalogs to this day! Music videos were a big influence for me as well! People like Michael Jackson who showcased models like Naomi Campbell, these things really set the tone for me.

Why Dont We Live up to Our Full Potential
The purpose of these articles is, was, and always will be to inspire and motivate everyone to take their lives into their own hands, to stop living a life they have accepted, and begin to live a life of creation. How amazing would it be to live a life you chose? To have financial freedom and abundance, to be able to buy the car or motorcycle you’ve been dreaming of; start a company you know would give you happiness, fulfillment, and purpose; to finally have control over your existence? I have this inner urge inside of me to write about and help people understand their true potential and then go out and start living it! This is the reason I started Shock Therapy-Personal Development Service, this is the reason I coach, this is the reason I live! To me, helping people to actualize their dreams is the most fulfilling and rewarding thing I could possibly do for myself! To know that something I have done or said or even written has helped to push someone in a positive direction brings me that feeling of joy, purpose, and fulfillment that I am always talking about. This writing is literally a direct representation of me following through on the principles that I am always trying to share with you!

3 Daring Ways to Discover Your Calling
What's your favorite color? Whatever your answer was, I'm sure it was pretty clear, and specific right? Mine is blue. Although I love many colors, blues always managed to edge the others out. Yours could've been a combination of colors, or maybe just a couple. Nevertheless, you know them well.

Shifting Your Future with Money by Mining Your Past
"Come here... go away," "don't ever leave me," "there's only one way for this to work, and it's my way." While it may seem that I am quoting people, I'm actually quoting aspects of a different kind of relationship, my relationship with money. If those statements had been in reference to a person, I wouldn't have allowed that person to stay in my life for very long. And yet, I think for many of us, our relationship with money is reflected in often contradictory statements. And these statements create an undercurrent for when we make choices when it comes to how we relate to, use and appreciate money.

Why Is Having Willpower so Important?
Willpower is a key trait that has an immense effect on our daily lives. Without its presence, we are often at the whim of short-term pleasure, gratification, and sustenance. However, while it is not a trait that is equally shared among each of us, it can be built up over time and by achieving bigger and bigger goals. The key thing with having willpower is that you have to start small and work upwards to really make a big impact in your life. Depending upon what goal or result you are trying to achieve, you have to set your willpower to be in line with that timeline to achieve it.
