What Does It Really Take to Change Your Life?
There are a lot of programmes and products out there on the internet that claim they can help change your life. It's to the point where most of us just tune it out, even if we're looking for that content, because we're scared of getting scammed. And we should be, there are a lot of unscrupulous people on the internet.

Life's Fleeting Moments
Why is it that sunrises and sunsets are often so captivating and moving? Perhaps it’s the uniqueness of the colors blending and merging together to form a painting-like setting that can’t be reproduced elsewhere. Maybe it’s the sense of satisfaction that comes from seeing a new day born or see the old day fade to its end. However, I tend to think the beauty of these happenings lies in another part of its overall appeal.

A Moment of Thanks
Let’s take a moment and talk about the power of gratitude. I am so happy and grateful to be sharing my experience with gratitude. I started a daily gratitude journal and the effects have been absolutely amazing. Taking 5 minutes out of my day and writing 10+ things I’m grateful for has been life-changing to say the least. It is surely the fastest way to turn that frown upside down. As we all know, we cannot be both unappreciative and grateful at the same time, and the latter is far more of a positive feeling.

Happy Birthday to Me!
For the last two years, I haven't felt like celebrating my birthday at all. When the 20th of September has come around each year, I have not taken the time to thank God for this gift called life; instead, I've pretty much cussed Him out for the burden He has placed on me... I once read this meme that was so relatable. It said, “I hate how you’re just born out of nowhere, forced to go to school and get an education so you can get a job. What if I wanted to be a duck?!”

My Life in My Head
Ever had one of those weeks or months or just a period in your life that so many things are happening to you but you aren't sure what feeling you should have? That has been me this past few weeks. From everything that has happened, my emotions have been everywhere, and I feel so confused and not sure how to feel anymore. I was mad at myself, then I was okay, I was frustrated financially, then I came to terms with it, then I was mad again at someone else, financially frustrated, sad, then sick, like actually sick. I received some great news, which was actually more than a year late, but I guess there is a time for everything, but I couldn't even be completely happy about that because of the other things going on in my life.

Unf*ck Yourself
There will be many turning points in your life; it happens to all of us. We are faced with a decision that will change the rest of our lives. For me, it was getting divorced. It wasn’t my decision in the beginning, but going through it has allowed me to see that I was living a life in which I was ashamed. I had been driven by expectations that I had set for myself, and some others had set for me. I felt captive in my own life and I was not going to be that anymore. I took the opportunity that presented itself to design the life that I wanted to lead. I can tell you that it looks very different from the life that I had, and it has been very liberating. I have un-f*cked my life, and I want to encourage others to do the same.

Dear 15 Year Old
Dear 15 year old Lexi, Let me start by saying, I’m very proud of you. Teenage years are one of the most confusing and stressful times of adolescence. I know high school seems like the most important part of your entire life but trust me when I say it’s a very small part of your entire life. I’m not just saying that because I’m an adult now either.

Conscious: What Does It Actually Mean?
"Enlightenment" "mindfulness" "consciousness" "awareness"... These are all terms that seem to be on-trend at the moment. Whilst there is definitely a shift in general awareness, there is also a large number of people that use these buzz words as a means to fit in or be one of the cool ones but in reality, what does it actually mean to be a conscious individual?
