humanity
Mental health is a fundamental right; the future of humanity depends on it.
If you are not strong, who will be brave for you?
with whenn I was a child, I cried, I was angry, and I didn't know how happy I was; when I grew up, I fell and no one helped me, my heart hurt and no one understood, so I learned to be strong and hide my grievances in my heart.

The road too comfortable to walk, are downhill
01. I'm anxious. How can I put it? There is always a trepidation that if I am not careful, I will fall behind. This mindset is similar to fear. It is also uncomfortable. However, looking back at where I came from, I realized that anxiety was also one of the motivating factors that made me grow.

Your anxiety and tension, in fact, come from the subconscious
If your thoughts are negative, those thoughts give birth to harmful emotions, and those emotions need to be vented. And once these negative emotions are vented, they often manifest themselves in symptoms such as ulcers, heart disease, tension, and anxiety.

A Success Story in Honor of World Mental Health Day
In honor of today being World Mental Health day, I would like to honor my own plurality. It has taken me some time to acknowledge this, but I am not defined by any single aspect of my life. I am versatile, well-rounded and unique.

Am I In A Different Universe Right Now?
I feel like I'm in a different universe as soon as my Mother in-law asks, "Emily when was the last time your family checked on you?" Later that day, my aunt called me and I got back into contact with my mother. I'm not sure of how I feel.

Breathing Life Into Your Soul Mate
How do you begin your day? Do you jump out of bed, dash to the gym, and then rush to work from there? When the alarm wakes you from slumber, do you give yourself a moment before the mad rush of your day takes over? You have so many responsibilities between work and family. Most of the time you are rushing from one place to the next without stopping, then fall into bed exhausted at the end of the day, or lie awake with your thoughts spinning with all you did not get done. Who has time to find Mr. Wrong, let alone Mr. Right?

Negativity Killing My Vibe
Everyone says that America has bad reputation for new immigrants. My husband because of his skin tone he fears he will be beaten and killed by corrupted police, and government officials in power. Yet he is willing to put his fears aside to make sure we can both have a good life in America. His fears are common though racism is everywhere.

Clear Blue Skies
Clear Blue Skies Have you ever had a dream that was so scary and so intense, and so vivid… that you can still remember it, in great detail, many years later? A dream that was so real that when you woke from it, you felt as though it really happened? I know I have. I’m sure most of us can probably say yes. When you wake up from that kind of dream, and you realize it really wasn’t real, you feel relieved… don’t you? But what if that dream… was more than just a dream? What if the images and events that our subconscious minds had just played for us… were replayed in real life? Perhaps as a sign of things to come? Or maybe even… in the real and present time? Maybe, just maybe... these kinds of dreams are trying to teach us something valuable. If only we'd take the time, in our busy and hectic lives, to stop and think... what can I learn from some of these dreams?
