I don’t think you’re racist Don.
4 years ago I was a single mom with a 3 year old, sobbing while watching my daughter sleep and watching you, Donald Trump, win the election at the same time. My heart hurt so much, like it did for over half the country. The biggest sting came the next day when your supporters showed themselves on my page. I had no idea they were there the whole time. They were hiding. Massive groups of people don't hide like that for no reason. They hid their racist views, their misogynist views, their classist views, or they hid the fact they will put all of those things aside in order for personal gain such as tax breaks for the wealthy. They hid until it was acceptable for them to show themselves. They hid until they realized "Hey, he was elected. All of these other people voted for him too. There's no reason for me to not share my views anymore".

Dear Mr. Trump, These last four years have been... an experience, to say the least. I'm not really sure how else to describe it. From your election in 2016 until your departure this year, you have both entertained and shamed us. You brought out the best and the worst in our country. You stoked the flames of people's hatred. You rekindled our determination to love. Your supporters loved you emphatically. And those who opposed you did so with an earnestness to end all of the trouble you sowed wherever you went and whatever you laid your little hands or nonsensical words on. You both united and divided us.

Dear Donald Trump, When you decided to run for President, you had no idea how your term would end. Now, I need to tell you that I don't vote- I never have for personal reasons. Quite frankly, I don't care for politics. What I'm writing to you is ALL based on what the media tells us, whether it is true or not. With that, I was rooting for you. You chose a strong candidate for a VP. I was looking forward to seeing where the next four years would go.

So many people love to hate you. Although at time I wonder what your personal agenda is, I certainly feel there are those who underestimate you. Being a leader means stepping up when nobody else is going to. Anyone can have an opinion. This takes minimum effort. However, keeping in mind that nobody is perfect, someone who steps up when a leader is needed deserves a certain degree of respect.

Dear Mr Trump, It is still fresh in my memory. Our Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi organised "Namaste Trump" a great reception program for you when you came to India in February of last year. I witnessed the program from beginning to end. And I relished your speech word by word. The mega event's illustrative purpose was to highlight your intimacy with India. You wanted to impress 4.4 million Indian Americans well before the U.S. Presidential Election.

Donald, I have to admit the last four years have been somewhat entertaining, a lot more entertaining than any episode of The Celebrity Apprentice. For me, it has been entertaining because I am not an American, If I was the last four years would've felt more like a horror movie, especially 2020.
