Fruit tart đ
Iâve always been into cooking and baking. For some reason it allows me to express myself in ways I havenât been able to do so before. I always like a challenge and since I havenât been able to bake for a while due to student commitments I decided to once again take up my baking skills since I had nothing else of particular interest to do. Iâve never made a fruit tart before, but I sure do enjoy eating them đ âșïž. The recipe is actually very simple.

Dirty Delicious
Oh my gosh! I live for developing recipes, no joke. Literally was just in the kitchen testing out new ratios of ingredients for a tamarind drink that I'm absolutely obsessed with creating (Sorry folks, that one is going in the Mocktail Book, because those choosing to stay sober need drinks toooooooooooo). What I love the most about recipe development is the challenge of finding balance. It's like yeah, sweet things are tasty and salty things are delicious, but a dish that can capture perfect harmony between those two tastes gives me an almost spiritual fulfillment. This sandwich was the first dish I ever created, at my first cooking job where I had to invent specials for the menu, that kindled that feeling.

Caramel Swirl Frozen Yogurt, AKA I Don't Want to go to the Store to Buy Ice Cream
While the grocery store is one of the few places we're still allowed to visit, I have been trying to limit my trips. So when I found myself craving ice cream but was stocked up on all of the other food essentials, I had to improvise.

Pumpkin Custard
We place way too much emphasis on eating the ârightâ foods or following the ârightâ diet. Find what works for you, make the lifestyle modification and go for it. I find that the modified Keto lifestyle works best for me and my recipes reflect that. Feel free to modify them so they work for you.

The Best Damn Beef Lasagna
Yup, that's my dinner... Looks ooey, gooey delicious eh? Well first I need to tell you a little secret before I give out this recipe that I have been modifying and varying for oh so many years now. Originally it was my mothers recipe and I have added and taken away over the many years I have been making this at home... the little secret really isn't a secret at all if you know me. That being I am a Certified Journeyman Chef by trade. Therefore the recipe that follows, well the ingredient list, or measurements rather, may be a bit stark.
