With most fitness centers closed (at least in LA) or only partially open with smaller classes, one of the most significant conversations I've been having with people is how to stay on track and motivated during these times. There are some serious perks to home workouts like the fact that you can do it in your underwear if that makes you happy or how convenient and easy it is to fit into your schedule without worrying about a commute or traffic.
