Self help, because you are your greatest asset.
Self-Love
How many times have we heard the self love talk?! I can tell you, I have read or heard about it more than one hundred times. Through posts, books, articles, videos, therapists, what have you... I have had people tell me "oh you are so wonderful", "you are so pretty", "you are so brave" several times. However, I was always so critic of myself that those compliments never stuck. The one "you are not enough" got stuck almost a lifetime though...

Consistency & Commitment
Extracted from: Robert Cialdini – Influence. 6 Weapons of Influence. In a recent discussion with my son about the fundamental nature of stories, I made a patently wrong rash generalization. I’m going to point out a few major points during this pandemic.

A wonderful afternoon at the Blue Star Café So in the last 48 hours I went from stinking and sleeping in my car with my essentials to being able to sit back and enjoy some beautiful sunshine and watch life unfold right before my eyes. It’s amazing how strong conviction can change things around for the better if you just hold on long enough….
